Elite Captures, doing business as Elite Captures (“we”, “us” or “our”), wants everyone to be able to use our website and work with us comfortably, including people with disabilities.
This statement covers our website at https://elitecapturesny.com, our client portal, our crew portal, and the galleries, films, proposals, agreements and invoices we share online.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review new pages and features against these guidelines as they are added, and we fix problems as we find them or as people tell us about them.
What we have in place
- Clear structure. Pages use meaningful headings and page structure, so screen readers and other assistive technology can move through them easily.
- Keyboard access. You can use the site with a keyboard alone, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are on the page.
- Alternative text. Portfolio images have text descriptions for people who cannot see them.
- Color contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet contrast guidelines in both the light and dark themes.
- Reduced motion. If you turn on the reduce motion setting on your device, we reduce animations and transitions.
- Resizable text. You can enlarge text with your browser’s zoom or text size settings without losing content or functions.
- Forms. Form fields have labels, and error messages explain what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Documents. Where possible, we provide proposals, agreements and invoices as accessible PDFs.
- Films. Where available, our films include captions or transcripts.
Known limitations
We want to be honest about where we are still working:
- Some older portfolio films may not yet have captions. We are adding them over time, and we can provide a transcript or description on request.
- Some content comes from third parties and is outside our control, such as Stripe’s checkout pages. These providers publish their own accessibility commitments.
- We are continuing to review new pages as they are added, so an issue may occasionally reach the site before we catch it. Please tell us if you find one.
Alternative formats and help
If any part of our website, portal or documents is hard for you to use, we will help. We can:
- send proposals, agreements, invoices and other documents in another format, such as large print or plain text;
- read through a proposal or agreement with you by phone or video call and answer your questions;
- extend the deadline for signing when you need more time to review a document; and
- help you complete a form, payment or signature another way if our online tools do not work for you.
Accessibility at your session or event
Accessibility matters beyond the screen too. If you, your family or your guests need accommodations during a session or event, such as step-free locations, extra time, seating, breaks, or written rather than spoken directions, tell us when you book. We will plan around those needs as best we can.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you run into a barrier, please contact us:

It helps if you tell us the web address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, but you do not need to know any of this to contact us. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
