Photography and film for New York City
New York gives every project a strong backdrop and a long list of logistics. We plan both: the light on the street at the hour you choose, the permits a location may need, travel time between venues and the quiet corners where portraits work.
We photograph and film weddings, City Hall elopements, galas, conferences, brand campaigns, team headshots and real estate across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.
Weddings and elopements in NYC
City weddings move quickly. A timeline that allows for traffic, building rules and sunset is the difference between rushed photos and calm ones. We build that timeline with you, plan the route between ceremony, portraits and reception, and keep a short list of covered spots in case of rain. Our wedding day timeline guide shows how we think about it.
You can book wedding photography, film, or a team that shares one plan, so the photographer and filmmaker work together rather than around each other.
Events, brands and business
For galas, launches and conferences we work from your run of show, stay out of sightlines and deliver selects quickly when your team needs them for press and social. See our event photography page and the event checklist.
For brands we plan commercial shoots around licensing, shot lists and the formats you publish in. Teams can book corporate headshots on site in their own office, with lighting recorded so new hires match later.
Permits and locations
Some places in New York City need a permit for professional photography or filming, especially for larger crews, stands and lights or commercial work. We check the rules for each location while planning and tell you in advance if a permit or location fee applies.
How booking works
Tell us the date, the place and what matters. We reply personally within one business day, then send a clear proposal with coverage, delivery dates and the full price. Agreements are signed online, invoices are paid securely, and your photographs and films arrive in a private gallery.

Good to know
All questionsWhere do you work?
Across the United States. When travel costs apply, they are listed clearly in your proposal before you commit to anything.
How far ahead should we book?
Weddings and large events usually book many months ahead; portrait and commercial sessions often a few weeks. If your date is soon, ask anyway. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
What kinds of photography do you offer?
Weddings, events, portraits, commercial and brand work, product, real estate and architecture, corporate, and family sessions. If your project falls somewhere in between, tell us about it.
How do we reserve our date?
After you accept your proposal, we send a short agreement to sign online. Your date is reserved once both parties have signed and the first payment in your schedule has been received.
