Elite Captures is based in New York and travels for weddings, events and brand work anywhere in the United States. The same planning, the same team approach and the same delivery standards come with us.
Destination weddings and elopements
Whether it is a mountain overlook, a coastal town or a city across the country, we plan travel early, review the location with you over a call and build a timeline around the local light and weather. Travel and accommodation are listed as separate lines in your proposal, so the total is clear before you book. Wedding photography and film can be booked together.
Conferences, tours and brand productions
For multi-city conferences, launches and campaigns we work from one shot list and one style guide, so the images and films from every stop look like they belong together. See event coverage and commercial work, and read about image licensing for brand use.
Drone photography

How booking works
Tell us where and when. We confirm availability within one business day and send a proposal with coverage, travel and the full price. Agreements, invoices and galleries all live in your private client portal.

How far ahead should we book?
Weddings and large events usually book many months ahead; portrait and commercial sessions often a few weeks. If your date is soon, ask anyway. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
What kinds of photography do you offer?
Weddings, events, portraits, commercial and brand work, product, real estate and architecture, corporate, and family sessions. If your project falls somewhere in between, tell us about it.
How do we reserve our date?
After you accept your proposal, we send a short agreement to sign online. Your date is reserved once both parties have signed and the first payment in your schedule has been received.
