Booking questions

Before you book

How do we reserve our date?

After you accept your proposal, we send a short agreement to sign online. Your date is reserved once both parties have signed and the first payment in your schedule has been received.

How do payments work?

Your proposal shows the full payment schedule up front: typically a retainer when the agreement is signed and the balance before the event. You can pay each invoice securely online from your client portal.

Can we change our plans after booking?

Yes. If coverage, dates or pricing change, we send a short written amendment for both sides to sign, so what is agreed is always clear. Payments already made are credited automatically.

Is accepting the proposal the same as signing?

No. Accepting the proposal confirms the scope and investment. The agreement that follows is a separate document you review and sign electronically, and it only takes effect once we have countersigned it.
