Delete your account
Clients and crew can close their Elite Captures account at any time, in three ways.
In the app
Open the Elite Captures app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. You’re signed out straight away.
On the website
Sign in, open My account, and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
By email
Use the contact form and tell us you’d like your account deleted. We reply within two business days.
What happens next
- Your sign-in closes immediately and every signed-in phone and browser is signed out.
- Within 30 days we erase your name, email, phone number and password from the account, along with your notifications and app settings.
- Signed agreements, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Your photographs and films follow the delivery and archive terms in your agreement.
